Gym - Body Combat










Went to gym yesterday after work.












Body Combat

Activity              : Cardiovascular


Description        : Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and


   taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine.

 


10 mins run, 5 mins of cycling, 45 crunches and 10 mins steambath~!!!
