Confinement ended

Ended my confinement and went home this afternoon. Attended to baby for half a day. Wanna have a rest and ended up she was awake...no choice have to attend to her. Trying to adjust to my new lifestyle...hope everything will go smoothly for me, hubby and baby. I wanna be a good mum and wife... Jia you jia you.

1st Month

Today is Sherie's first month. Glad to see she is growing well... Whereas I am still trying to cope with all the changes. I'm trying to learn to be more patience and trying to learn how to communicate with Sherie. Talking to a baby is tough for me but am trying... Today also marks the end of my confinement. First thing, wash hair!!!! All the sweatiness making me so uncomfortable. Some people enjoyed their confinement period but not for me. Maybe they can rest well whie their confinement nanny took are of their baby during night time. For me, I'm still tired everyday lacking of sleep because I have to take care of baby at night but thanks hubby for helping me too. Will be moving back home on Friday so i have to learn and take care of BB Sherie myself without any help. I can do it!Jia you mummy!

Confinement

I am now doing my confinement at in laws place. Cannot wash hair and lucky can still on fan or air con. Confinement is no joke. Really have a lot of rules to take note. I can only bathe in lemongrass, ginger water prepared by mil. Can only eat food cooked with sasame oil and ginger ( kidney, pork meat, egg, chicken, fish, veggies) Cannot wash hair everyday is a nightmare to me. My hair scalp was so oily and sweaty and smelly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perspire also cannot bathe again with hot water can only wipe the body...is there any difference? Haiz...next, looking after baby is a nightmare for me. Could not get use to the crying of baby....dunno what she wants. Can only keep guessing but when one person deprive of sleep it can really irritates you. Which I was really depressed....it seems like I cannot satisfied my baby needs. I also need to be more patience too while taking care of baby which I really lack of it. She really is testing my patience most of the time. But what can I say? Baby can only cry to express their feeling, hungry, tired, diaper change, cold, hot, not feeling well. I will try to be a better mum. Although I already give up latching her. I still express milk out for her and bottle feed her with formula. How long can I go.....that period was really depressing for me. I cannot even latch well, and baby reject me. That makes me so sad! But now , hubby and me decided to express to nd bottle feed her but milk supply was just now enough for her. Jia you mummy!

Hong Kong Trip - 21 June to 25 June 2012

This Hong Kong trip is my last trip of 2012 before bb come out. Hubby is so good to me....(HAPPY) 21st June 2012 (Day 1) Reach T1@ Changi Airport in the morning and check in. Waiting patiently and yes....board the plane and HK, here we come. Reach HK and through immigration and hailed a taxi head to hotel. Staying at Langham Hotel @ Tsim Sha Tsui. Cab fare is about HK230. Check in and rest for awhile before meeting Rena's cousin who is staying in HK. She brought us around to familiarize the place. Lunch and shop for awhile then i need to rest again. Back to hotel. Slept for few hours and off the Harbour City for dinner. 22nd June 2012 Wake up and off we went to HK island. Decided to go The Peak & Madame Tussaud. Had lunch at IFC , the Dim Sum is so damn delicious. Miss the Po Luo Bao! Then off we took a cab to Hollywood Road. Saw actress filming. So lucky! Nothing much there as all antique and jade which we don't know how to appreciate. Then cab to The PEak tram terminal. Bought tickets waited quite awhile for the TRAM. People mountain people sea! Lotsa tourist and it's Friday! Cannot imagine if it is weekend! Finally, reached The Peak and head to Madame Tussauds. Walk walk and stayed till evening and head for dinner. Then off cab back to nearest MTR station. Back to hotel. 23rd June 2012 Woke up and off went for lunch nearby. Forgotten where we actually went to but HK is all about shopping eating and shopping. 24th June 2012 Same itinerary forgotten. LOL But dinner is a good one. Had crab, mantis prawn, lala, noodles & scallop. Yummy yummy but also a big hole as the dinner is quite costly. Back to hotel and pack. 25th June 2012. Met up with rena's cousin and she brought us to shop for local treats. Bought a few after we went to Wong Ta Xiang's Temple. Off head Home!

Finally

Survived last night without hubby....feeling emo emo emo... Finally today he is coming back. Been waiting so long....till my neck also long! Now in office.... feeling tired....wanna go home!!! Counting down to his arrival at 11.15pm.

3rd night without Hubby

3rd night and I'm missing hubby so much! Lucky today still have some itinearary if not I will go crazy. Waiting for hubby to reach hotel and he doze off....knew he was tired but just received his whatsapp and was so happy. Went for holiday but still so tired... Haahaa I think more xiong then working! Hubby.... I miss you!!!!

2nd night without Hubby

Tonight is the 2nd night without hubby. Only manage to whatsappa hubby cos it's free. Hubby nv call me as it is expensive to call back but how I wish hubby had call me. How I wish I can listen to his voice. 2 more nights to go... Went shopping at Vivo City for awhile as I'm bored at home. Tomorrow will be gang back to in laws place for lunch! Maybe gng back to beach road too for awhile if not going bugs. Wanting to cut my hair but find it expensive to just trim. Going to bed..miss ya hubby!

1st night without Hubby

This is the first night without hubby... Only can spent the night at our new place with BB. BB must also miss Daddy a lot right that is why keep kicking mummy. BB.... Are you missing daddy's voice? Received a MSG from hubby that he almost got drunk during dinner... Hope he is okay. He had not been drinking ever since we moved office. Will he call or MSG me later? Hope so ba....hubby I miss you!

1st Summon Ticket!

Hubby flew off to Chengdu - China this morning. Drove back to office and out again to bank in cheque. Have to park at Alexandra food Market thought it should be awhile so park at the RED SEASON Parking lot and results in getting a summon!!!! This is my 1st summon ticket after dunno how many years. Haahaa....Have to buy 4D! Huat ah!

Home Sweet Home

We have Moved! Moved house last week on 26th April 2012. Finally had my own house with hubby. Can have Er Ren Shi Jie le.... Feeling is good.....Left SOFA and Curtain and will be completed. It's wonderful to have your own place....though more housework to do but it's good. =)

As Usual working in the office ....wondering will i be getting flower this year...and YES!!!!!!!! Indeed...Hubby is so sweet! Knock off time and saw the flower inside the car!

Next, went to Great World for dinner. I feel like having Kenny Roger so that settled our dinner.

Next walk around the mall for furniture...finding ideas for our love nest!

Before setting home, drop my That CD Shop to buy some CDs.

Then off we went home.....

New Year 2012 Present from HDB

Finally After the long wait.....will be collecting keys on 12th Jan 2012. 4 years wait..indeed long!
Now have to spend time and $$ on our future nest.....
