Joke of the day...

Unforgetable night .....

Hubby doze off faster than me and while i was still trying to sleep....he suddenly laugh.....

Keep laughing and laughing and he opened up his eyes. I ask him how come suddenly laugh he told me he dreamt that i keep tickling him!!! Errm....how can he dream so fast when he just doze off few mins! Haahaa....i laugh at him thinking to myself it is damn funny. Haahaa....

My Present!!

Happy 10 years 1 month Hubby! Actually is yesterday but was out the whole day so never get to blog.

Went to Traders Hotel for site view at 1pm. Waited for the manager for quite a while. Was quite unhappy.

Next she showed us to the ballroom and guess what. There was an event going on and we can only took a glance when people the door and from outside. Shit! If she knew an event was going on so what is the point of us going down??? Next, she brief us through the package, actually in my mind i am sure that i won't be getting the hotel. Haahaa....not very happy with the room. So didn't negotiate much.

Next, left for Forum for some Sashimi and while walking down, went to Regent and Orchard Parade to check out the price of the wedding banquet. Next, Hubby was tempted to buy iPhone and keep hinting me wanna buy for myself. I know he has been wanting to buy so i agree and he bought for me. Haahaa...

Made our way to Paragon and que for the no. Finally, decided on white with 16GB. Haahaa... Then off we walked back to Traders hotel to get our car. Were given complimentary parking. Meeting Bryan, Jason for MA LA Steamboat at Geylang, reach there and were lucky to get a car lot immediately. The soup was nice but i never eat much...

Then head down to Bottle Tree Park for fishing and hubby only caught one walking cat.

Selection of Wedding Date

Met up with David Tong, from CMG Consulting Co.

Was given selected auspicious date for us to choose from. So we need to find hotels to see if there is any slot for the date we chosen.

Selected Auspicious Dates as below:

1. 12/9/2010

2. 12/11/2010

3. 24/9/2010 (This day falls on hubby's BD)

4. 26/12/2010

5. 18/12/2010

6. 14/01/2011

All these dates have ranking from one to 3 and falls on weekend (Fri - Sun).

We were also given a list of Chinese Wedding Customs & Traditions and were given a brief on what to do.

Bethrothal Gift Exchange (Guo Da Li) & Setting The Bridal Bed (An Chuang) , date will be given to us once we select the date and book hotel.

Total cost for the consultation (Customary Wedding Date) is $100nett.

So next plan is to look for hotel if they have the selected date vacant.

Shake head queen!!!!

Went out to Vivo with hubby yesterday to get an additional set up box from starhub so that he can get to watch in our own room. After that, drop by bugis to check out bridal shop Graceful Image. Package was attractive but would not want to commit as that;s our 1st bridal shop. Need to go around to see see look look first.

It was quite a long chat at the bridal shop. Haahaa...hard selling asking us to buy the package since we like it and ask us there is not a need to look around for more comparison.

Next, went to Phin's steakhouse for steak. Then went down to Bottle Tree Park to fish.

Reach there, meeting Jason, Bryan & Sunny. Hubby don't have fishing gears so borrow from Jason. Quite amuse by the guide there cos they use HOTDOGS as BAIT!!!! How come the fishes there all so wired one. Haahaa...then we let our imagination run wild suggestion like taiwan sausage, mushmallow, crabstick, etc......

Then, no luck.....only a few bites. Only walking cats are biting.

Next, my turn to fish and finally it bites!!! Hard time pumping it up....finally surface and the walking cat also know as shake head. Weighing about 7 to 8 kg. Whahaha...so happy although not RTC but the size is okay for me. Keekee...Will post the pics soon.

Fished till almost 3 then went for makan and sent sunny back home. Not even half way back, our swifty started having problem. The temperature of the engine shoot up to H. Hubby stop the car after hearing noises coming from the engine. Stepped out of the car and he lift opened the bonnet seeing the coolant splashing out. It's not suppose to be boiling but to cool the engine i suppose. Shaking our head again, hubby trying to figure out what is wrong but to no avail.

Try to cool down the car and start again, drive for awhile, RMP not exceeding 2000. The needle shoot up again going to HOT! Sianz....no choice but to stop the car and let it cooled down. The journey back home is too far so no choice, gave Sunny a call telling that we need to leave the car at his place for a night. That was 4am in the morning. Tired sia....Drove back to his place start and stop start and stop.....haiz...then off we cab home.
