Goodbye 2007

Today is the last day of 2007....goodbye.... Now welcoming 2008 a new year which will be a new start for me and hubby~!!!

Time flies and i'm married for 1 year. Celebrate my 1st anniversary with hubby. Got a surprise from him...he made a photo album for me~! So touch~!!! This the 1st time he hand made something for me. Inside the album are photos of our ROM and so writings from him. I'm so touch that tears roll down my cheek~!!! Yet i have nothing for him.

Christmas has past and now tomorrow is 1st January 2008~!! 3 cheers~!!! Hope everything will be smooth for everybody. Hope by then will be able to save enough money for our wedding.

Wanted to go BaTAM spa villa this coming weekend. Think will make booking tomorrow, we are always doing last minute thing. Hope we get to go...haahaa...wanna really relax and enjoy our "Er Ren Shi Jie"!

Now talk about my new job, been with Mirae for 1 month plus, feel happy working there cos the people there are very friendly. Really happy working with them.

Now what i want is to continue working hard together with my hubby.

Always wanna upload photos which i have taken but my camera cable went missing. Gonna buy a card reader. So will upload the photos again when i bought it.

 

 

T3 Visits

So long never update my blog....feeling lazy actually.

Last saturday went to Terminal 3 for a visit....It will be officially open on the 9th January 2008.

Still undergoing renovation for those boutiques but some shops are open doing business.

Had a cup of Tea, half boiled eggs and bread at Ya Kun~! Nice~!!! Walk around T3 and took some photos. Have yet to upload the photo yet. Will do so soon.

Now counting down to my 1 year Anniversary~! It's on the 16th December 2007 which falls on a sunday~!

Still planning what to do and how to celebrate. Brain craked~!!

Work, Eat, Sleep, Work

It has been a week since  my 3rd job~! I like the environment of my new workplace. It's again a Korean company. It's situated at Centennial Tower. Back to my 1st previous company buiding but different floor. Able to meet up with my ex lunch khakis and colleagues too....miss them so much~!  Maybe i'm also used to the environment there...everythings seems so familiar to me...hope i will be doing well in my present company.

Yesterday got a very bad headache sia,....cannot really enjoy with my friends...we having hens night at Swissotel. Wow...our room is at the 50th Storey....the view was so nice....maybe next time book one room and stay with my hubby, The night scenery was so nice.....: )

Today feel like going T3 viewing...has been wanting to go but just lazy,.....today think also got to drop the idea le...as still having headache,,,sigh~!

Next Sat will be attending my friends wedding....i'm going to be "Sisters"~!! Going to wake up very early sia....heehee,,,,eager to see my beautiful friend wearing her gown~!

Tomorrow working again.....it's a cycle of sleep, work, eat, work & sleep.

 

 

Slack Tai tai

It's been a week plus after my resignation. Have found a new ob and will be starting work soon next week. But i'm down weith flu and cough....hope i will recover soon. Now whole day nothing to do....also play my maple quite often, trying to level up~!!! Today's weather is cool....so nice to sleep.....me sleep till 1 plus then wake up....maybe is because i took flu medicine @ around 6 plus in the morning....can't really get to sleep cos had been coughing and had running & blocked nose. SIgh.....Now waiting for my hubby to knock off.....don't feel like going over to his place for dinner...acutally is family dinner on every Monday. Everyone in the family will make the effort to go home for dinner.

Hmm......me feel like going Bugis's cold storage to buy cherry tomatoes.......so long never eat le...sianz.

Ok...think i'll stop here....try to update again next week to talk about my 3rd new job......Jaa....

My New perm hair - QQ hair

It's been a week since i had my hair permed. Said goodbye to  my straight hair which accompany me for the past 25 years. Actually a challenge for me to had my hair perm as i dun like my hair to curl, but when i see people with nice wavy hair so envy.

Starting i felt weird as i'm not used to it, felt so vexed after i got my hair permed. Made me so moody sia.....but now getting used to it le....Really hard to maintain....got to apply serum after my bath and before going out got to apply the styling lotion for my hair to make it nicer....Gosh! I'm a typical lazy person and i am expected to do it everyday. Haaha....ya...i also coloured my hair....it's copper and dunno what colour. Haahaa....hmm.....i prefer the effect after i wake up as it is not that curly, but once i apply the styling lotion.....diaoz....curly QQ hair.

Fishing Trip - Pekan

Went for fishing trip @ Pekan with hubby and his colleagues.Set off on Friday evening, reach there around 3.30am. Had only few hours of sleep and wake up at 7am. Went for breakfast and set off. Lucky this time round the boat had a small toilet. Aiya....should have took a photo of it.

The itinerary for that day is to jig the whole day and some trawling...don't really know how to spell.

The results was good....though not much fish but alot of varitety. Lastly, went to fish for Sotong! Wow...really had fun cos when the squid was hook up, it will spurt out the ink....and byran who was quite unlucky always got aim by the squid. Haahaa....After the whole trip, went for back for a bathe and set off to Rombin for dinner. Had crayfish, sambal kangong, oat prawn and wild boar meat. All of us were tired after a long day....actually this time round i didn't really fish cause don't have the mood. Back in Singapore, sleep from 4 plus a.m on sunday.....me and hubby sa

id to each other that we must sleep more to replenish our sleep.

Indeed, we slept for almost the whole day....cause too tired sia.

Today was sick, down with body aching, flu and slight sore throat.Sigh......tired...

Hubby's Birthday

Today bought him a cuff link as his belated present. It's made of stainless steel. Wanted to surprise him by putting in the drawer where he place his short so that he can see it. But today he didn't open the drawer....Diaoz!!!

Wasted....but he already sense that i got something for him.

Actually never really celebrate his birthday. Just went to ViVo for a show (I Pronouce You Chuck & Larry) M18- i was asked to produce my NRIC man!!! Haahaa.....So i still looks young!

The show was damn funny, it's a comedy show lah. I truely recommend it. After the show, we went to Mount Faber.

Bought him a small slice of cake from Bakerzin cos if were to buy a big one, both of us cannot finished it. Sing him birthday song, took photo...ohh ya i bought a soft toy - Optopus (which actually looked like a pig). So cute sia...thats to decore our car.

Stay awhile at Mount Faber and it's 2 plus modnight. Time to go home...

Hope my hubby enjoyed his day....actually was kinda sad as didn't do much for him on his birthday.

On the other hand, he is always giving surprise and really making my day during special or non special occasion.

Maybe that is called sincerity ba.

Yeah!!! My pay day....finally...

Today, my hubby suppose to go wishing in Indonesia but in the end he managed to cancel the trip.

Actually i'm quite worried if he is going for the fishing trip as recently there were earthquake reported and I can even sense it in Singapore.

Now that the trip is cancelled, i can spend more time with him!!! Also, his birthday is coming soon. Thought of getting him a cuff link fo his shirt. But now his trip is cancelled so cannot secretly buy for him.

Wanna buy him cake from Patissier too, cos the cake is damn nice! Maybe drag him to the cake shop and choose the cake. I'm now at home, he is at his friend's place....waiting for him to come over. Hmm....kinda tired.

7 years & 9 months Aniversary

Happy Anniversary My Hubby!!! Today is our 7 years and 9 months anniversary! WOwowww......acutally didn't celebrate...haahaa if every month have to celerate will be quite money consuming. Just wanna share that last saturday, both of us went to Qian Hu at lim chu kang for a walk! Went to a fish spa! Sounds great right...we spent $20

Today bring my in -law and hubby's sister there to try. See their reaction so fun.

Weekend also stay at home and rot. Never really go out shopping...tired of shopping le...so stay at home and rot lor.

Thinking of buying crab this weekend and cooked at home. Hubby loves crabs!!! Wondering what to do this weekedn.

Rollerblade? Swimming? Sleeping at home? Mapling? Shopping??? Cycling? We had actually this new hobby of staying in the car to watch movie using laptop. Quite enjoyable but costly of the petrol. Keeee....

Been feeling moody these few days....don;t know what went wrong....work is fine....everything is fine but still feeling moody...too contracditing....Hmm....

Today never work, MC staying at home to rest cos not feeling well. Body aching and slight flu and headache.

Counting down to Hubby's Birthday!

 

National Day - - - > Fireworks

Today is Singapore birthday!! Went to hubby's colleague's house in the noon for lunch. We had pizzas and chicken curry sia.....yummy...but too bad i can't take the curry chicken as my stomach flu is acting up again...been like washing machine sia....sigh!!! Can't enjoy the good food especially seafood which is my favourite.

We play mahjong and JACKPOT~!!! But lose $$ leh....heehee....quite enjoyable day.

Went to watch fireworks at Oriental Hotel, No....we never book hotel room. Just park our car at Suntec and walk all the way to hotel just to watch the firework....Just in time....The fireworks was nice but not as good as past few years. The place was damn crowded and noise filled the place.....after the firework,people were clapping thier hands.... went off and actually there were another round of fireworks but we gave it a miss as we had seen enought. Went for a walk at suntec, were hoping to get a jean end up empty handed.

Tomorrow got to work sia...how i wish government can grant us 2 days holiday!!! Too bad lah....now blogging and waitng for my hair to dry....wanna sleep also cannot. Sianz....Ouch!! My stomach cramp again....think got to see dr ....been having cramp for almost a week....thats not a good sign.

BBQ Session

Hurray~!!! Finally my long waiting BBQ session yesterday. Only the 4 of us - We do this everytime.

Reach ECP @ 11pm set up our Bbq stuff. We have wings, mushrooms, crabsticks, fish fillet, hotdogs, and golden mushroom wrap with bacon & lastly, CP Shrimp wanton (We brought pot). Due to my sickness, i can't eat much as my stomach cannot take it if too oily.

As usual, the guys job is to set up the charcoal & start the fire. Started bbq and chat chat.....think it's been 8 mths that we last gather for our bbq session.

The food taste yummy...but again, i can't eat much..sigh. Too much air in my stomach lor.....sigh.

Stayed quite late till 3am....i'm also tired so we head back for home.

On the way back.....there one TP car infront of us and all vehicle were moving slowly...KIA SI~!! Haahaa.....Typical singaporean lah.....so after the police car exit, all the cars started to pick up speed! Haaaa.....

Finally reach home, took a bath and as my hair was wet and need to wait till it dry up, Hubby & me decided to watch the korea drama which both of us are addicted (Lovers In Paris). Watch till 5 plus and both of us were dead tired and we fell asleep.

Now wake up and blogging here uploading my BBQ photos. Tired as i didn't rest well...sigh...tomorrow got to work liao......

 

 

Bad Week

Not been feeling well for the past few days.....been to see Dr telling him about my sysptoms like feeling nausea, diarreahrore and my stomach feeling bloated.

Yesterday after vomiting went to see him again and told him i felt pain at my extreme right abdominal and he suspect is Appendicitis.

Warn me to be extra careful and if pain still persist in the middle of the night must go A&E or to see him in the morning today but the pain is gone and i suppose i'm fine.

Lucky not that serious...if not i dunno what to do without my darling with me.

Hope to see my hubby soon....gonna give him a real tight hug when his out from Camp!!!

Feeling hungry now......sigh.....better go get some more sleep 1st.

I'm playing maple in my bedroom and suddely heard my dogs barking....didn't really care as maybe there is someone outisde our house walking pass....but saw my hubby standing right in front of my bedroom door.

I'm so happy and shocked...abit retarded as i really cannot believe it that he booked out.

:) So happy....hug hug him tight and kiss him!!!!

Got a call from the clinic and Dr asked to see me as he was worried about my condition. Hubby accompany me to the clinic and the dr just press on my abdominal and there is no more pain.

He told me that maybe i had ate something that my body system is rejecting so that is why i feel nausea all the time.

Ok........tired again. Just taken dinner and my hubby had booked in....gonna wait till sat then can see him le....

My hubby going for reservist

Tomorrow will be the 3rd week of my working life....time seems to fly so fast....My work is getting more stressful and need to be very independent...cos no one is there to coach me on the work especially HR matters.

My hubby will also be reporting back to camp for his reservist. Gonna miss miss him like crazy...we both are like inseparable...hope he will be missing me too while his in camp.

Getting abit tired now...gonna sleep early & get ready for battle....Sigh....

1st Working life in Cheil

It's has been a week since i started work in Cheil. Still adapting to the environment...has been doing OT for the past 1 week and there are sure more to come.....

Been learning alot of new things while @ work....HR stuffs.....gonna pick up new skills and multi-task.

As compared to my previous job, working i Cheil, i have to be more independent and more pro-active in doing my work.

That is really a great challenge for me.

Today is my 2nd day of work at Cheil Communications. Still picking up to adapt the environment and people.

Thought 1st day suppose to be free and easy but ended up having work to do...

Have to familiarize the faces and name sia.....lucky theres only 3 expats which are the Korean guys....

My job scope: PA to the MD/Admin/HR

Steady right....haahaa....got to multi task sia.....so it should be quite good as i am able to learn some HR stuff.....

So still on 3 months probation....so lets hope for the best!!!

 

Bored and Sick

Can't really sleep, think used to sleep late and now i can't sleep. Tomorrow i have an interview in the morning and now i'm still not asleep yet. Think gonna try to sleep early. Yesterday chiong maple till 7am in the morning with hubby and his cousin. Haahaa.....we bought 2x exp so gonna make full use of it. Been starting to train and level my crusader. When can i reach 100??? Still a long way to go sia!!! ARGHH!!!!

Now is 3.42a.m ....my hubby is sleeping and playing music for me to listen...haahaa....i was wondering when can i get a job. Been jobless for 1 month and been trying hard to get the job i like.

Rejected one offer and really regret not accepting it. If not i am already working and can enjoy the GSS!!! SOb sob!

Weekend

Last friday had a badminton session with hubby, my bro and his girlfriend @ CC in the evening. It was such a tiring game....but was fun cos it's been a long time that we last played. We really sweat it out. Went to my hubby's place after that and he slept early that night leaving me so bored alone!!!!!

Saturday, we had planned to catch crabs with hubby's colleagues. Meet them up @ Yishun to buy the stuufs and went to buy food for BBQ too. Reach Sembawang and the guys set up the things for catching crab and from what i know, they bought a stringray's head and it was damn smelly lor....they say to attract the crabs....but it turn out to be no crabs....think too smelly till the crab also don't wanna go near the bait. Haahaaa.......while waiting we also bbq and some of them went fishing.....hardcore sia!

After the trip, went home and had a nice bath! Shiok shiok~! Dont't really know what to do also, just watch tv for the next few hours before going to sleep.

Sunday, went for short swim and steambath @ hubby's cousin's place. Then evening meeting my parent's and bro to celebrate my mum's birthday! Sorry, cannot disclosed her age as it's a secret!! Haahaa.... Dine in Spring Court @ Chinatown and the Peking Duck cost only $0.78 as it's 78 Anniversary and we had to spend $78 to have that promotion. After dinner, went straight home and rest.....hubby fetching his parent who were coming back from Genting Trip.

I'm lying alone on my bed, maybe too used to him lying beside me..can't really sleep too.....having interview today so must sleep early.

Just came back from interview, really a quick one @ SMU. Still looking for admin job......It's a contract and still got those benefits just that contract don't entitle to bonus. Sianz....So continue looking around ba.........

 

 

Flu Week

It has been a week and my flu has yet to recover. Never give a visit to the Dr as they always give me the same medicine. Bored....My nose keeps giving me problem....running here and there and blocking my breathing systems. Feel like chopping off sia as it makes me so tired and irritates my eyes too......poor me.

 

Yesterday accompany my hubby to Marina South for pond fishing and only caught one Gim Ba Lo, i'm busy playing PSP game and never fish....we fish till 4 then head back to home. Tiring night.

Slept at 5am in the morning and keep having bad dream of myself....everythings seem to went wrong.....woke up at 10 am feeling so tired but can't really go back to sleep. Flu also is one of the main cause...

Gonna try to catch some sleep later if possible...if not really will become panda - (also not bad, china treasure) Haahaa....

Hubby still sleeping like a log, promise not to wake him up so that he had ample sleep. Sunday is gonna be a super bored day. Hope later can go swimming (i only soak in the pool), steambath and DINNER!!!

 

 

 

 

Topshell Recipe~! Gonna Try~~

Wanna share this recipe , try it! It really taste nice for those who love topshell~

 

TopShell - Recipe

Ingredients :

 

1 can of Topshell
Lemon - 1/2
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Small Chili Padi
Shallot
Garlie

Directions :

Pour aways syrup that is inside the topshell
Cut topshell into small bits
Place them inside a bowl
Squeeze lemon juice
Add in soy sauce, sugar, chop chilli, Chop garlie & Slice Shallot (Estimated)
Stir well and keep in fridge.
Serve chill.

Pekan Fishing Trip

Went to Pekan for a fishing trip with hubby and his friends on 18th May. Woke up in the morning, had a light breakfast and off to fish!!!!!!

Saw the picture with me holding a fish? Thats my fish!!! (Leng Jiam) weigh around 1kg. Dun have the strength to lift the fish out of the coral area so have to ask my hubby to help me. Yeah!!!

Was very tiring so slept a few times on board. Hubby fight one sailfish but it got away....sianz....thats my first time seeing a sailfish in action....thats so nice but didn't get to video down the whole action.

Afterall thats a very nice trip just that it's very hot. Have to apply sun block if not you will become charcoal lor.

It's a one day trip from 8am to 5pm. Lucky never get seasick if not will become merlion liao.

After the trip, went for dinner and requets the chef to cook someof our catch.

Went straight home after that...such a tiring journey but lucky i don't need to drive!!! Heehee...

Ya.....sw another photo? That's the pufferfish!!! Big sia! But quite cute, when it landed, it kept pumping air...haahaa...thats very funny. But cause it cannot be eaten so we release it. The water is blue and clear...so nice.

Now, back in singapore.......got to maple again.

Interview & wisdom tooth stitches

Early in the morning, wake up and went for interview at Raffles Place. Was kinda tired as me and hubby slept late watching 200 pound beauty (Korean) show. The show is nice and the song too.

It's a rainy day, during interview not much talk as i don't really like the job scope and that's the end. No point to continue with it.

 

After interview, received a call from my last interviewer and she wanna meet up to have a cup of coffee.
Anyway i'm near the area so i just go and meet her. Then realise i am shortlisted.

 

After discussion, i need to go back to dentist to take out my stitches for the wisdom tooth. Lucky no pain involve....    -_-||| but the swelling is still there lah. Dental say will go off in about 4 to 6 weeks time. So no choice have to bear with it lah.
